Emotions and relaxation
The simplest ways of operative relaxation are:
- Breath control
Track the breath, make the exhalation longer, imagine how the tension goes out of the body with the exhalation. See Breathing and inner state
- Take a shower, give yourself a massage
Shower and massage perfectly relax the body.
- Go to bed and fall asleep
Whether negative emotions will return later is another question, there are possible options. Helps: distraction (by deeds), working with beliefs (maybe there is no problem?), finding a good way out.
