Emotions and relaxation

​Resentment, anger, rage, as well as sometimes paradoxical loss of strength - all these are options for frustration, and you need to get together. How? If you manage to relax, at least for the time of relaxation, any negative emotions go away, any experiences disappear (the effect of desensitization).

The simplest ways of operative relaxation are:

- Breath control

Track the breath, make the exhalation longer, imagine how the tension goes out of the body with the exhalation. See Breathing and inner state

- Take a shower, give yourself a massage

Shower and massage perfectly relax the body.

- Go to bed and fall asleep

This is not always possible, but if you fall asleep, the morning will definitely be more sophisticated in the evening.

Whether negative emotions will return later is another question, there are possible options. Helps: distraction (by deeds), working with beliefs (maybe there is no problem?), finding a good way out.
