How to get rid of annoying thoughts?

I will answer this question seriously, although I do not believe it is serious. I think this question is just your habit of complaining. No one will make anything out of you. My prediction: under the article where you can write comments, there will be obligations from only one or two people, everyone else will just listen, sigh and start complaining about something else.

For starters: you just don't like to think. For those who like to think, the head is always busy with their own thoughts. And if the head is empty, then something else will definitely get into it.

You love to listen and read about how to stop the flow of thoughts, how to bring silence to your inner world, but you will never achieve this. Not because this task is wrong, but because you are doing it wrong. You teach yourself not to think – and to you in the head, empty of your smart thoughts, stupid, unnecessary and others will come. Not an option. But if you observe the beauty of the world, admire the voice of your children, feel the beauty of your gait-great! You will immerse yourself in the world of perception and thus distract yourself from thinking, because a person cannot simultaneously perceive and think.

But this is only the first step, and by the way, it's not the only option, and it's not always the best. As you progress in your development, you will learn to simultaneously admire the world, and think, and-further, you will be able to control your thoughts and love the process of thinking.

I have a thought processor in my head. He's always humming softly because he always wants to work, and he does it beautifully. So, as soon as he catches an idea from somewhere, he immediately grabs it and begins to process it, and at the output gives out something beautiful and necessary. And if the thought is annoying, it always appears again? This means that he will make more and more new things out of it. Because he knows how to think?

Unfortunately, this is a difficult recipe, just like writing symphonies is a difficult recipe for me. I don't know how to write music! And if a certain melody comes to my mind or comes back to me, it will be spinning in my head, as it is, and I can't do anything about it! If I don't like it, I can't rework it, because I don't know how to work with music! And if I were a composer, I would quickly write variations from any of the stupidest tunes, add violin accompaniment, put on another singer, translate from minor to major, some more drums – and wow! I wash dishes and enjoy a great arrangement!

And yet - learn to think.

I think about the mistakes – just remember: "The mistakes, I'm good, work!» Only work – how? Think about how to work on errors.

For example, you write:

"Constantly haunted by thoughts that my tummy is not very beautiful?!" - Write an action plan for removing the belly. Read aloud the action plan for removing the belly. Swing your legs. Lying on your back with your feet behind your head. Drink the water.

How to forget about sweets? – 10 sit-UPS.

How to get rid of the imagined bad ideas (thoughts)? Think over and write down the plan of the day; think over and write down how to perform each item; record the result in the OSR. Is it possible to achieve the result twice as fast? And start doing it! If you get carried away, everything will be fine!
