Emotional gymnastics often occurs naturally with us, when we laugh at each other's jokes in the morning, get angry or surprised, admire or demand order... Nevertheless, it is more useful to do emotional gymnastics in a special way, as a separate procedure. I went and did it.
It is better to do emotional exercises in the morning, following facial gymnastics. In the morning it is exercise, in the afternoon it is rest.
Emotional charging involves working out various emotions (emotional states). In any case, it is better if you alternate between positive-negative and energetic-sluggish states. It's better to finish with something positive and energetic that will set you up for an active day. And if you connect a mirror to this case, your emotional expressiveness will significantly improve. Most emotions and emotional states can be done without any additional means, in some cases you can use the keys to summon emotions.
The list of replaceable emotional states can be formed either independently, for various tasks, or use ready-made collections. For a general warm-up, use "Self-confidence, Angry indignation ...", for rest it is better to alternate paired states such as Admiration - sadness.
In order to relax during the day, you can use this version of emotional gymnastics: incrementally do states: admiration-sadness. Initially, the amplitude between them should be small and gradually increase. It is better to end on admiration.
For the strength of mental muscles, train "Victory-Defeat-Aggression-Love", for the ability to switch your emotional state, the "Enlightened and Commando" gymnastics will be useful.
In terms of time, emotional gymnastics takes about 5-10 minutes, depending on the number of emotions in the list. As a result of the lessons, your emotional expressiveness will improve, your mood will increase, your day will become more energetic and interesting. It's worth a try!
